Our process is simple. Think of it like this, we are like a bridge for students to transition from students to skilled employees. We build relationships with local manufacturers and schools to educate students about the incredible careers available in a skilled trade.

We look for motivated, qualified high school students and place them at local organizations to start learning and earning before graduating. The hope is that students can discover a trade they love, and land a career straight out of high school.

Summary:

Employee is responsible for all repair activities as assigned by Tooling Manager or Tool Room Shift Leader. Tool and Die Makers for Night shift (3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday and Friday’s are open for OT). Again, they will train on days and then go to nights with a shift bonus. Pay for Grade 3 is $26.38

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory of punches and other expendables.
  • Layout dies, fixtures and parts.
  • Designing and building of fixtures and small dies.
  • Must be able to read part prints.
  • Teaching and/or instructing toolmakers with lower classifications the following: techniques, methods of operating equipment.
  • Train and manage apprentices.
  • Tryout dies and assist in securing PPAP approval.
  • Tig weld trim steels and heat treat tool steels if necessary.
  • Estimate and quote hours and costs.
  • Run all tool-room equipment including mill, lathe, grinder, surface grinder, saw drill press and Mig/Tig welders as necessary.
  • Trouble shoot sheet metal dies in the presses as well as in the tool room.

Plant Engineer - Facilities Manager

Reports To: Production Manager

Summary:

Responsible for plant equipment and facilities. Pay for this position is negotiable starting at $55-60K.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of maintenance personnel.
  • Safety Audits and Hazardous Waste Reporting
  • Facility maintenance and construction overseeing.
  • Machinery repair, improvements, procurement, replacement and upgrading.
  • Personnel training, advancement, review and manning overview.
  • Safety and Environmental compliance to IOSHA regulations and requirements.

Industrial Electrical Maintenance Employees for our night shift (3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday and Friday’s are open for OT). The pay will be for a Grade 3. This employee will train on Days and then after that, they will go to nights and receive a $0.35 shift bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform work in a competent manner with due safety considerations for self and others
  • Display positive attitude with consideration and cooperation of plant personnel
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and safe personal work area and shared facility space
  • Accurately complete all documents such as job cards, inspection sheets, machine logs, work orders
  • Has authority to establish lock out/tag out procedure to equipment with assistance of qualified personnel
  • Practice IEC and NEC regulations
  • Run/install conduit, piping, and any other media to transfer energy
  • Run/install power from service panels and electrical buss bars
  • Maintain lighting (offices and facilities)
  • Design and Implement schematics (electrical, pneumatic, lubricant and hydraulic)
  • Read through and troubleshoot complex diagrams and schematics (relay logic, die cushion hydraulics)

Summary:

Employee is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the EDM Machine. Day Shift – Pay is $27.39 (Day shift is 5:00am-3:30pm with Friday open for OT if needed).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Programming and CAD Design associated with EDM.

Basic Requirements and Skills:

  • Diagnose problems and perform maintenance on gages to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Ability to identify and set up gaging for production operators.
  • Perform routine calibration on necessary gaging as appropriate.
  • Enter data for reports, including supplier capability, supplier scorecards, receipt of raw material, and inspection documentation.
  • Additional projects assigned by management or supervisor.
  • Conduct routine set-up approvals for CNC manufacturing production.
  • Proficiency with measurement devices (not limited to): basic hand gages, scope, roundness tester, CMM operation, optical comparator, contour tracer, profilometer, etc.
  • New part inspection sheet creation and plan, determining appropriate measurement techniques and frequency for existing and new product launch.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and electronically with engineering and production departments.
  • Willing and able to perform roving inspections and dock audits.
  • Able to produce and modify appropriate documentation related to QMS IATF16949 requirements: PPAP, Gage R&R, lab methods and reports, etc.
  • Gather, correlate, and apply technical information to increase production and quality of company products.
  • Compile data into various chart forms: histogram, capability, etc.
  • Perform additional individual assignments as supervisors may direct.

Skilled CNC Machinist needed to program, set-up, run mill & lathe machines to produce precision machined parts. 1st or 2nd shift operation in a clean and climate controlled environment with a competitive wage (commensurate with experience) and benefit package including health insurance reimbursement on the first dollar spent, as well as monthly profit sharing.

· Proficient in the following activities: job setup, tool nose/diameter compensation, offset, and troubleshooting.
